Background

Waclaw Kurowski MSW (Melbourne), BSW (Melbourne) BA (Monash) has a background in sociology, gerontological social work and social policy research. His research interests include social justice and quality of life, aged care policy development and evaluation, as well as ethnicity/race, gender, health and cultural issues in the contemporary globalised society.

 

Research

Waclaw has joined the School of Political and Social Science in 2007 as an ARC Linkages Research Fellow to investigate the causes and characteristics of Indigenous over-representation in the criminal justice system.
